G-CAM — Geometric Attention

Quadratic attention replaced by geometric proximity. From O(n²) connections to O(n) — at the architecture level, not as an approximation.

Each point represents a token. Lines show which tokens attend to which. Standard attention connects every pair. G-CAM connects only geometric neighbours in lattice space.
